Essential Responsibilities
• Drive / Own the end-to-end operational process for receiving customer leads from Marketing across all acquisition channels through the online journeys, the contact center, to stores, and ultimately converting to loans / pawns.
• Operate as the “General Manager” for lead management by maximizing the impact on the Product P & L via the lead / sales process.
• Establish the KPIs, operational reporting, monitoring, and executive performance summary for the full process.
• Define Success and Measure It!
• Drive improvements across the full lifecycle for both constant incremental improvements and significant step-change initiatives.
• Effectively partner with cross-functional teams (such as Marketing, Contact Center, Credit Risk, Store Operations, BIDW, Product Management and IT) across the organization to translate your strategies into actionable plans.
• Coordinate activities across all the contributing groups to the success of the end-to-end process.
• Document the end-to-end processes for converting leads to loans, and constantly evaluate opportunities for improvement including identification of best practices (internally and externally sourced).
• Create and constantly adapt a roadmap for activities / improvements for the leads to loan process.
• Engage with both the Corporate Operations teams as well as the Field Operations teams to align actions and results across teams (time spent with both Corporate and Store business partners will be beneficial)
• Work on future state strategy with Marketing Department to increase ROI and lead volume.
• Partner with Operations and Finance Departments on forecasting.

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• 10+ Years lead conversion experience
• 10+ Years knowledge of consumer finance industry
• 10+ Years omnichannel experience
• Proven success influencing and driving results through cross-functional team members
• Passion for defining and executing eCommerce solutions that drive results and thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Proven ability to utilize quantitative inputs to identify trends and behaviors and subsequent actions to take to drive improvements in the online space via a CRM tool
• Ability to handle a significant level of responsibility, oversee projects and work independently, while also being a team player, and working closely with other department heads and senior management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Results-focused and goal-oriented; you have a record of consistently exceeding your set objectives and KPIs
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, resourceful, and flexible
• Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
• This is a full-time role that requires in-person attendance during normal business hours.
